Project Brief

In March 2010, Napier asked ELV Telemarketing to run a trial campaign to set up pitches to prospects who had previously expressed interest in Napier’s services.

Result

The trial campaign was a success, and Napier has retained ELV for ongoing telemarketing work as well as special projects around shows and events.

Calls are charged between 1p and 13p per minute for landline customers, plus a call set-up fee.

Calls from mobile phones are typically charged between 5p and 41p per minute, depending on the provider and the number called.
