Justaccounts is an online ISV selling solutions to accounting practices.

Project Brief

In order to build a sustainable pipeline we engaged ELV on a telemarketing campaign in May 2010. Since then we have used ELV continuously and they have not only delivered quality sales leads but they have also helped us refine our process. They have been very flexible which has helped us as we tried to understand the best way to market and sell our product.

Result

Our process now is very slick we handover data to ELV to call for a period of about 2 weeks,and  they book “webinars” for our sales team directly in our shared calendar. They also give us the information about the practice we need to tailor the demo, for the client. This extra information really helps when we sell.

Our only issue has been too much success and having too many appointments to manage!

Calls are charged between 1p and 13p per minute for landline customers, plus a call set-up fee.

Calls from mobile phones are typically charged between 5p and 41p per minute, depending on the provider and the number called.
